Post Tensioned System
Post Tension System has been a core of APS Group since its beginning.
Following are the advantages of post-tensioned method over conventional concrete construction.

- It is very important to maintain quality and deliver cost effective projects. With the help of post-tensioning system, we can reduce other construction material costs such as concrete, reinforcement bars and increase clear heights between floors which allows to fit additional floors that can add more value to the project.
- APS Group has some brilliant minds when it comes to engineering design. Our designers have the ability to customize slabs to offer best combination of concrete, reinforcement bar, post-tension and to avoid unnecessary tedious formwork development to offer the most economical and smart project to our valued clients.
- Post-tension system allows to increase spans and reduce the number of columns with maintaining deflection criteria of slabs as per Standard requirements.
- Post-tension slabs can be designed as waterproof by providing sufficient residual stress to obviate usage of waterproofing membrane.
- Control overall deflection of slab to avoid long term maintenance of building.

Carbon Fibre Strengthening
- APS Group has always been involved in providing innovative solutions to our clients and CFRP is one such system we use.
- CFRP helps increase strength of an already existing structure by avoiding tedious and expensive process of either using concrete or structural steel to strengthen.
- Purpose of strengthening could be an increase in load than existing conditions or to increase an old building’s life.
CFRP advantage over other strengthening methods are :-
- High Tensile Strength
- Easy Handling
- Light Weight
- Quick Installation
- No head height compromise and less obstructive compared to other strengthening methods.

Concrete Repair Works
Concrete crack is a very common issue and there are multiple reasons for cracking. At APS we provide full solutions to repair all types of cracks.

Concrete Cracking can occur due to :
- Shrinkage and Creep
- Too much restraint of concrete slabs
- Structural cracks (punching, excessive loading, etc)
